Create and Manage Forms with MCP
If you've connected Wajooba's MCP server to an AI assistant such as Claude or Grok Bot, you can create and update forms by just describing what you want.
Before you start: Connect Wajooba's MCP server to Claude or Grok Bot.
How it works
- The assistant checks your existing forms so it doesn't create a duplicate.
- It creates the form with your settings.
- It creates each custom field.
- It attaches the fields to the form in the order you asked for.
- It reads the form back to confirm everything is attached.
- It publishes the form to your website if you asked it to.

Class Picker Options
| You want people to choose from | Field name to use |
|---|---|
| All upcoming classes | [CLASSES] |
| Classes with one tag, such as "sampletag" | [CLASSES_sampletag] |
| Classes with either of two tags | [CLASSES_sampletagone_sampletagtwo] |
| Classes whose tag contains a word, such as "sample" | [CLASSES_sample_like] |
The label people see for a class picker is taken from its help text.
Good to Know
| Topic | Details |
|---|---|
| Creating vs attaching fields | A new field is saved to your field library first and then attached to the form. The assistant does both for you. |
| Field library | Fields can be reused across forms. Removing a field from one form keeps it in the library. |
| Deleting fields | Deleting a field removes it from your account and every form that uses it. |
| Dropdown and radio options | Each one can have up to 6 options. |
| Disabling vs deleting a form | Disabling turns a form off and keeps its data. |
| Duplicates | Ask the assistant to "check if this form already exists" before creating a new one. |
| Using forms on pages | After creating the form, ask the assistant to add it to a website, course, or event page by name. |
Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| A field isn't showing on the form | Ask the assistant to "attach [field name] to [form name] and check the form". |
| Other fields disappeared after an edit | Ask the assistant to "show me the form's fields" and re-add the missing ones. |
| The class picker is empty | Check that you have upcoming published classes with the tag you used. |
| The form isn't on my website | Ask the assistant to turn on Show on website for the form. |
| The assistant says it isn't authorized | Reconnect the Wajooba connector, then try again. |
